We are a community wellness center that takes a proactive approach to obtaining and maintaining optimum health. We offer specific subluxation based chiropractic care for the entire family, fitness classes (P90X, INSANITY, PiYo, Restorative Yoga, & After Work Yoga), massage, ALCAT Testing and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. As our name suggests, we take a hands on approach by tailoring health care plans based on the unique needs and goals of each of our participants.
